Deep drawing and metal spinning are advanced metal forming processes that convert flat sheet metal into hollow, seamless prismatic or cylindrical components. As one of the most critical sheet metal forming techniques, deep drawing demands precise tool clearance, blank holding pressure, and hardened die steel surfaces. We design and manufacture two primary die configurations: Cylindrical Deep Drawing Dies and Rectangular/Prismatic Drawing Dies.
