Thermal Stress Relieving & Gantry CNC Milling
Post-weld thermal furnace stress relieving or controlled vibratory stress mitigation guarantees zero residual tension. Machine bases are then finish-machined on our 6000×3000 mm CNC bridge mills to achieve ±0.015 mm linear guideway flatness in a continuous single setup.

3D Laser Tracker & CMM Coordinate Verification
Every finished machine chassis is dimensionally inspected using precision Leica Laser Trackers and CMM probes. Complete flatness, perpendicularity, parallelism, and coordinate inspection reports are certified prior to dispatch.

How is post-weld stress relieving performed on large industrial machine beds?
To permanently eliminate weld-induced internal stresses and prevent long-term dimensional warping, all large machine chassis undergo furnace stress-relief annealing or certified vibratory stress relief prior to finish machining.
What machining tolerances are achieved on linear guideway mounting surfaces?
On our 6000×3000 mm bridge-type CNC machining centers, reference guideway datums, keyways, and mounting pads are precision milled in a single setup to within ±0.015 mm total flatness and parallelism across 10 meters.
